Our method is based on a clear structure, rules-based management and a personal selection process – where each investment case undergoes several checkpoints before capital is provided.

This is how our process works:

1. Capital request

We receive a capital request from a Swedish SME company. These companies often have clearly documented growth needs but limited access to traditional bank financing.

2. Qualification via SweInvest Finance

The company undergoes review via SweInvest's advisory model, including analysis of capital structure, repayment capacity, management skills and business plan.

3. Structuring & approval

If the request qualifies, the financing is structured through our licensed credit institution within the EU. Interest terms, term and payment structure are determined.

4. Capital brokerage & monitoring

The capital is transferred to the company, and we follow up on the development according to established reporting. Investors receive semi-annual interest payments and transparency throughout the process.
